Strategic Alliance Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Multi-Int Systems Engineer. Strategic Alliance Consulting Inc. provides specialized systems engineering, acquisition, and intelligence support to multiple Intelligence Community customers. As the Multi-Int Systems Engineer, you will provide technical leadership in content management, the use of standards, and the implementation of application program interfaces for geospatial initiatives. 


  • Coordinate requirements with government oversight and assure alignment of mission needs with requirements
  • Work across office and contractor boundaries to develop rapports required to achieve a positive experience for customers.
  • Provide system architecture planning, analysis, design, and Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support for Multi-purpose and, as required, geospatially-enabled systems that DCGS-A supports.  
  • Examine and define implementation strategies and work toward the development and implementation of a multi-int system pilot to integrate and interoperate with current intelligence systems and architectures.
  • Provide System Engineering SME support to a multi-int system pilot implementation to conduct analysis and develop recommendations regarding design of System and Network Architectures to ensure optimal operation and test during integration and test events. 
  • Analysis and design efforts shall identify interoperable acquisition systems and components, potential data, and technology conflicts, assess consequences of these conflicts, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies. 
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments; document data flows and process flows; and identify resource requirements including primary resources, secondary resources, ancillary systems, personnel resources, facility resources, and communications resources.


Required skills/qualifications:

  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
  • The successful candidate will possess strong fundamental systems engineering/analysis skill-sets and competencies. 8-10 years’ experience in Systems Engineering and/or Analysis.
  • In-depth understanding of GEOINT and SIGINT capabilities
  • Knowledge of Army TENCAP and how Army TENCAP fits into the broader Army
  • Experience in process engineering, improvement, and process workflow
  • Ability to establish effective relationships
  • Ability to develop and present effective technical presentations; must possess strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Self-Starter and self-motivator
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, graphic / visual diagram editing, geospatial maps and imagery

  • In-depth knowledge of SIGINT GEOINT fusion analysis
