Strategic ACI is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our corporate office.  This is a part-time or full-time position. 


  1. Administrative tasks such as scheduling executive appointments, assisting in completing miscellaneous projects, etc.
  2. Managing our HR software (ADP TotalSource), to include onboarding new employees
  3. Miscellaneous employee communications
  4. Monitoring our recruiting database, to include reviewing position applicants and sending their resumes to appropriate managers, and posting/deleting job requisitions on our website
  5. Perform data entry into corporate databases
  6. Manage calendar for corporate team
  7. Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying


  1. Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy
  2. Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments
  3. Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word – Microsoft Outlook proficiency is a must
  5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  6. Strong communication skills
  7. High attention to detail
  8. Good research skills
  9. Prior admin experience preferred
