    Strategic Alliance Consulting Inc. provides specialized systems engineering, acquisition, and intelligence support to multiple Intelligence Community customers. Strategic Alliance Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Database Analyst/ Programmer. The Database Analyst / Programmer supports complex databases, access methods, access time, device allocation, validation checks, organization, protection and security, documentation, and statistical methods. The Database Analyst / Programmer also coordinates, evaluates and provides recommendations concerning Agency compliance with National, Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and congressional information assurance mandates, such as FISMA.


    • Perform Database Administration activities
    • Assist in controlling and managing the Agency central repository for all accreditation documentation. Currently, the customer uses the XACTA software.
    • Support the customer accreditation activities including, but not limited to:
      • Perform database administration.
      • Assist in managing the Agency central repository for accreditation documentation.
      • Implement repository modifications as defined by the program lead upon approval of the government.
    • Design/re-design, document, administer, and fine-tuning database environments
    • Create and maintain data standards, lineage and attribute mapping from data sources
    • Maintenance of database dictionaries, overall monitoring of standards and procedures, and integration of systems through database design


    Minimum Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years relevant experience or 9 years relevant experience without a degree
    • Experience and knowledge in security disciplines including, but not limited to, information systems security, operations security, administrative security, personnel security, physical security and communications security.
    • Security+ certification or ability to achieve certification within 90 days of start
    • Active TS/SCI Clearance.


    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Must be well organized, an effective communicator at multiple levels and able to grasp system concepts and communicate their applications
    • Must be capable of quickly learning new systems and associated software applications for proficient execution of tasks
    • Must be capable of managing multiple projects with time related constraints in a fast- paced contract manufacturing environment
    • Must be able to speak effectively before groups of internal and/or external customers or employees
    • Working knowledge of XACTA
    • Ability to travel.
