    Strategic Alliance Consulting Inc. is seeking a technically qualified and cleared individual as a Collection Data Scientist to incorporate big data analytic skills for holistic collection assessments.


    Develop statistically rigorous and predictive analytical techniques that incorporate relevant academic and industry best practices for disparate, unstructured data sets.  These time-sensitive all-source collection assessments will allow decision makers to make well-informed ISR allocation decisions within the annual Global Force Management process but also for crisis situations. 


    • TS/SCI clearance
    • Proficient in the following (this list is not all inclusive and is subject to change as systems processes, and the needs of the supported command or agency change):
      • Microsoft Office Suite (to include Access and Visual Studio)
      • "Big Data" databases, tools, and formats (e.g. JSON, XML, SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Hadoop, ElasticSearch, Splunk, etc.)
      • Coding languages (e.g.) Python, Java, JavaScript, Node.JS, PHP, Ruby, C+, HTML, etc.)
      • Geospatial tools and data formats (e.g. PostGIS, PostgreSQL, KML/KMZ, GoeJSON, shapefile, ArcGIS geodatabases, etc.)
      • Geospatial and quantitative visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g. ESRI ArcGIS, Tableau, Kibana, ploytly, Panopticon, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
      • Tasking systems/applications of various collection disciplines
